When
an appointment is missed without the courtesy of at least
a 24 hour notice, that time is time that could have been reserved
for another client and revenue required for that day met.
Missed appointments without cancellation only serve to project
an image of you of total disregard not only for myself, but
your pet as well. When you show up late for a scheduled bath
groom, this also creates a very stressful work environment.
In attempts to “catch up” on your pet, time required
for preparing other pets for bath groom is cut short and the
end result is my missing a break for lunch thereby causing
more stress.
Because
of the undue hardship caused by this action I have initiated
a new policy effective January 01, 2005 to deal with this issue.
Missed appointments without 24 hour notice cancellation will
be billed to your account at 50% of total cost for that appointment
and I will not accept pets scheduled for bath groom after 9:30
am.
If you have a scheduling conflict, be it a need to reschedule
or running late and need to reschedule, please take a few minutes
to call and let me know. By working together, we can avoid a
major price increase in grooming fees and help everyone.
